Yes: I also would like to see stainless especially on stainless sheet corners where you don’t have purge on the back side, I have done very little stainless; you are blessed for passing on your great knowledge to others for you can’t take it with you and I’m sure you have helped so many. thanks soo much

Thank you for all the great information and videos throughout the years.
When you get around to it I’d like to see a lesson on food grade stainless (8/18?) that is so common in commercial kitchens and food processing. I’m constantly amazed at the seamless fabrication that is so common, yet a mystery to me. There are terms like “pickling” that are used that are used to make sesms in fabrication invisible.
