Order Fulfillment Schedule

We fulfill and ship orders every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. If a scheduled shipping day falls on a public holiday, your order will be processed and shipped on the next available shipping day.

Shipping Rates & Destinations

  • Free shipping is available for U.S. orders over $50.

  • We ship to over 100 countries worldwide. If your country isn’t listed below, simply proceed to checkout to see if it’s included in our shipping profile.

Our Return Policy

We offer a 90-day return policy on most items. If you need to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact us first using this Contact Form

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a prepaid return label (where applicable). Once the message has been reviewed by someone on the Weldmonger team.

  3. Items must be returned in their original condition unless otherwise discussed. (Things happen, so don't sweat it) 

We cover return shipping costs in most cases to ensure a smooth experience.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 1-3 business days.

  • You’ll be notified via email once the refund is processed.

Exchanges

  • If you're exchanging a product, we’ll ship your replacement within 1 business day. On Items over $300, we will require the returned item to be post marked prior to sending out replacement or exchanged item.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location.
