Furick Stubby Wedge Collet for 17 / 18 / 26 TIG Torches
If you’re running a stubby gas lens setup on a #17, #18, or #26 TIG torch, the Furick Stubby Wedge Collet is one of those small upgrades that makes a big difference.
Unlike traditional split collets, a wedge style collet uses a solid brass wedge design that grips your tungsten securely and evenly. That means less twisting, less deformation, and a much more reliable hold on your tungsten when things get hot. The result is smoother adjustments, better electrical contact, and fewer consumables getting chewed up during setup.
These Furick wedge collets are designed specifically for 17, 18, and 26 series TIG torches running a stubby gas lens setup, and they’re available in common tungsten sizes including 1/16", 3/32", 1/8", and 5/32".
