The BBWSG-16 is the new and improved evolution of the original BBW cup. Designed for serious TIG welders, this upgraded model features a threaded brass chassis, enhanced gas delivery, and no more O-rings required.
Built in the USA and optimized for 3/32" (2.4mm) tungsten, the BBWSG-16 delivers exceptional shielding performance at 30–40 CFH, producing clean, consistent welds on stainless steel and exotic metals.

You will need the Threaded Fupa Adapter Kit for proper fitment.
Important Installation Instructions
⚠️ DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN THE GLASS CUP

Screw the cup on until you feel minimal tension.

The brass will NOT bottom out on the torch.

Do NOT force it tighter.
Over-tightening can damage the glass.
⚠️ As with all glass TIG cups, do not walk the cup — damage may occur.
