How to TIG Cast Iron with Aluminum bronze Filler on AC

There are several ways to tig weld cast iron but I have had really good results tig brazing cast iron using AC and Aluminum bronze filler rod.  ( thats ErCu-Al-A2)

Technically, this is "TIG Brazing" and not TIG welding but results are the main thing we are after.

Aluminum Bronze filler rod for TIG welding cast iron? IT works. Aluminum bronze is much stronger than silicon bronze but does not flow quite as well on DC. But on AC, the cleaning action from the AC helps the puddle flow and lets you TIG braze cast iron and other metals.
