312 TIG rod Repair on a small high carbon pin
I usually turn down little jobs like this one because they often turn into a lot more than expected.
The job was a spring loaded pin on a calf raise machine at the gym where I am a member.
The owner asked if i could fix the pin because he couldn't find the exact thread configuration to fit the machine.
So I said yes.
After the job was done, I thought I would mock it up and talk about how I went about it.
