Q: "How much will the shipment cost?"

A: There is a convenient and very accurate shipping calculator on your cart page. Shipping rates change depending on weight, so when you're looking at the cart page you can easily use the calculator to see how much it will cost to ship your order.

*Note: we do not pay customs fees/duties that may be due on international mail. When you place an order with us and have it delivered to an international address, you assume responsibility for any further incurred costs. Please familiarize yourself with your country's customs fees before ordering. International packages can take up to 8 weeks to arrive due to COVID-19.

Packages will often show "Scanned in Miami" and then have no update for up to 2 weeks. This has become "normal" and should not set off any alarms. If you do not have any progress after 6 weeks, please email us directly at info@weldmonger.com and we will do our best to track it down/ reship. 

Q: "What about Drop Shipping?"

A: There are a few products on our store that are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer or from a major distributor. This means we don't carry it physically on The Weldmonger Store, and that's what it means to "drop ship". We do it for a few good reasons, the 2 main ones being 1) it would be very expensive and difficult for us to buy enough products to sell up front, and 2) we're running out of space!

But don't worry - you're still supporting Jody and his videos when you buy through our site (we get a cut!) and we stand behind our drop shippers' products and service.

Q: "How long will my delivery take to arrive?"

A: Your shipment is usually on a delivery truck within 2 business days after your order (often sooner!) After that, it depends upon your address and your chosen delivery method. Note that we're a small team and we do not ship on weekends or holidays, and we exclusively ship with USPS (not UPS, Fedex, etc.), though our drop shippers may use those services.

Here are some "ballpark" estimates of delivery times:

• USA - First Class Mail: 4-6 business days
• USA - Priority Mail: 2-4 business days
• USA - UPS Ground : 2-4 business days
• USA - UPS 2 Day Air: 2-4 business days
• USA - UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day
• Canada - First Class Mail: 1-3 weeks
• Other International - First Class Mail: approximately 4-6 weeks (this can vary, due to COVID-19 this has been delayed as much as 8 weeks).
• International Priority Mail (only applies to orders over a significant weight threshold): 10-12 days to Canada and 2-4 weeks to other countries
• Drop Shipped Products: almost always ship via UPS Ground, and are usually on a delivery truck within 3 business days. Average UPS delivery time is 3-5 business days
