tig, mig, and stick welding video shows tips for each process

#1 Quick Tips Video #1 - TIG, MIG, & Stick Tips

First of all , thanks very much for your support.

This video is just for you ...because you are a  loyal customer.

And because you are a loyal customer, We made a coupon code just for you so you can get 10% all items thru the end of July 2024.

The code is JODYSUMMER24

In the past, we haven't been able to offer a discount on all products like primeweld tig welders or ck torches.

But we figured out how to do it. So remember to enter JODYSUMMER24 when you check out and save 10%.

I put 3 quick tips in one short video.... And all done using 115 volt power while testing out different welding machines.

The first clip is a common repair I used to do for machine shops and it is simply fixing a mis cut aluminum part.

I used 4047 filler rod because in my experience, 4047 is less likely to have porosity than other aluminum filler rods.

The second clip points out that the settings charts on mig welding machines are a good starting point but sometimes you need to run a few beads and adjust to get the best performance.

The primeweld mig180 mig chart is as good as any but still needs some tweaking here and there.

The 3rd clip shows stick welding overhead using 3/32" 7018 rods.

Sometimes a 3/32" 7018 is just what you need for a portable job using a small inverter welder that can run off 115 volt power.

I also included this video on overhead mig tips in case you didn't catch it the first time around.

thanks again for your support,

Jody

I can’t remember which tungsten you use exclusively. Could you let me know and I’ll purchase some 3/32. I enjoy your videos they can teach even an old dog like me things. Thanks

Thanks for the tips on arc and mig, they have been a big help to me. My next purchase from you will be the primeweld tig unit.
