Built for Accurate Welding & Fabrication

The Mega Square helps take the guesswork out of fit-up. Its machined reference surfaces allow fabricators to quickly position material for repeatable 90°, 45°, and 135° setups.

Open 90-degree insets and generous corner relief provide access for your TIG torch, MIG gun, or electrode, allowing parts to remain securely positioned while tack welds are made on inside or outside corners.

That means less time building temporary jigs and more time welding.

Integrated Alignment System

Built-in 1/4"-20 tapped holes on both sides of the square accept Fireball Tool's alignment tabs and tool-free thumbscrews.

The tabs create a reference shelf that helps:

• Position parts without requiring a dedicated fixture table

More Than a 90° Welding Square

The Mega Square isn't limited to square corners.

Its geometry allows it to be used for 45° and 135° setups, while optional Fireball Tool edge alignment pins expand its capabilities for repeatable parallel, 30°, and 60° positioning.

The internal web can also cradle round tubing and pipe, allowing the Mega Square to function similarly to a large V-block for positioning round material during fabrication.
