These 300L Long Back Caps (Part #57Y02L) are designed to fit most 17, 18, and 26 series TIG torches, providing maximum tungsten capacity while eliminating a common frustration many TIG welders encounter.
Unlike many standard 57Y02-style long back caps, which are often just a bit too short to accommodate a full-length tungsten electrode, the Weldmonger 57Y02L is intentionally designed with additional internal clearance. That means you can often install a full-length tungsten without trimming off the end first, helping reduce waste and get more life from every electrode.
Each back cap includes an O-ring for a secure seal and dependable torch performance. Whether you're replacing worn torch components or upgrading from undersized back caps, these are built for reliable everyday use.
