6 Different Aluminum Welds using a PrimeWeld TIG325X
The Primeweld TIG325X is a VERY popular TIG machine and goes out of stock quite often.
Right now, its back in stock so I thought it would be a good time to post this video I have been working on showing 6 different welding clips.
- Bead on plate - 1/8" thick aluminum using 150hz
- Outside Corner joint 1/8" Thick at 300hz using 115 volt power
- Bead on Plate Travel Speed - Lines Scribed every 1/8" aiming for 1/8" per second
- .050" thickness Aluminum Corner joint
- 1/2" to 1/4" Thickness Fillet Weld on Aluminum Tubes
- 1/4" Aluminum Corner Joint using #6 Gas lens on Water cooled torch

Hi Jody, thanks for the great work you do, I surely lear a lot from you videos. Here in South Africa we have to the little available on the shelves. Many things I never knew. My biggest problem is lack of practice.
