We are currently planning to improve and streamline our weld area cleaning process. At present, the cleaning is done through buffing, followed by stainless steel (SS) blasting.

I can supply you with an attachment that can be used with any TIG machine with chemicals that can be used to clean Stainless Steel.
For the lighter materials you can use an old style car battery charger.
